We thrive on creating custom benefit solutions that integrate with industry-leading technology and look forward to seeing how we may help you and your employees! Below is a quick list of everything our team needs to present benefit proposals and strategies that you can act on.

We like to start well ahead of time to allow you and any other decision-makers enough time to review options. We also want to have a smooth implementation and make sure your employees know and understand their benefits. We recommend starting the review process three (3) months before your renewal date/plan anniversary.

Below are the items needed by competitive market carriers to offer proposals:

  1. A copy of your Medical Renewal document (usually released by the current carrier about 75 days prior to the renewal date/plan anniversary)
  2. A copy of your Renewal [document] for any other Benefits offered (Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, and/or Voluntary Benefits)
  3. A copy of all relevant Claims History (available from the current carrier; Medical & Dental)
  4. A copy of the Plan Benefits (Benefit Summary) that shows coverage in more detail (Medical, Dental, Vision and any other benefit offered such as Life, STD, LTD)
  5. Confirmation of your Contribution Structure to all benefits; How much do you contribute/pay of each benefit? Do Employees pay all premiums for any dependent coverage they elect?
  6. An Employee Census (see the attached template which can be used or any type of report that shows the information shown; preferably in Excel format). If your renewal document does not show the Medical plan each employee has elected, please include that so we can better prepare a comparative analysis.
